Review by BooYork Staff:

Surprises are fast and frequent at the Blood Manor haunted house. Once you step foot in its blood-spattered halls, your survival is up to you. Be prepared to be scared over and over again. We rank this one as extremely scary because of the actors’ very realistic, very bloody costumes and the brilliant—but quite creepy—design and ambience of each room. This realistic and top-rated haunted house is sure to get your screams out. This year, they are also offering flexible timed entry and open R.I.P. Entry Tickets, so you can plan your night with ease.

Not recommended for anyone under 14 years of age.

REVIEW BY BOOYORK STAFF:

Vampires and things that go bump in the night are usually the attractions that Halloween is known for. But what scares us most are the real occurrences of simply unexplainable sights. The Merchant’s House Manor Museum sets the stage for the unexplained and awakens the ghosts within. The character of the house brings you back to the time in which it was built and the keepers do a great job of keeping you on your toes. So if you’re looking for a good scare you have come to the right place. Museum by day, Ghost manor by night, The Merchant House is home to the supernatural.

REVIEW BY BOOYORK STAFF:

Watch out for the scarecrows who hang in the dark. During Scarecrow Nights, the things made of straw and hay come to life. However, they are far more friendly than you would think in this all-ages adventure. You can also capture a family photo with larger-than-life skeletons and costumed characters. For those who dare, see the giant pumpkin displays illuminated in the darkness and journey along the meandering Wetland Trail.
